This Privacy Policy explains how SignalQuarry handles information when you visit the website, create an account, use Capital Signals, purchase or manage a subscription, export data, or contact support.
SignalQuarry provides access to information from public business and regulatory records, including SEC Form D and Form D/A filings. That public-source information is part of the product dataset and is distinct from information collected about you as a SignalQuarry customer. SignalQuarry does not claim that public filing information is error-free or current.
Eligible purchases use Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe and Link process checkout, payment information, transaction support, receipts, subscription management, and related transaction data under their own terms and privacy notices. Link acts as merchant of record for eligible Managed Payments transactions. Stripe may notify SignalQuarry about subscription state, refunds, disputes, support escalations, and certain data-deletion requests.
SignalQuarry uses an essential session cookie named sq_session to keep signed-in users authenticated. It is not an advertising cookie. Hosted payment, Link, infrastructure, or security providers may use their own cookies or similar technologies when you interact with their services, subject to their policies.
We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information to:
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing active accounts, maintaining security and transaction records, resolving disputes, meeting legal/accounting obligations, and enforcing agreements. Session records expire according to the Service's authentication settings. Retention periods can vary by data type and legal requirement.
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your SignalQuarry account by contacting [email protected]. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional rights, such as rights to obtain a copy of certain information, object to or restrict certain processing, or appeal a privacy-rights decision. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
Deleting SignalQuarry account data does not necessarily delete independently maintained public SEC records. Managed Payments customers can also have separate rights and deletion processes through Stripe/Link; certain Managed Payments deletion requests can cause the related subscription to be canceled.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the Service, including HTTPS, hosted payment collection, hashed password authentication, restricted account sessions, and access controls. No Internet service or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.
SignalQuarry and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, providers may use contractual or other lawful mechanisms for cross-border transfers.
The Service is intended for business and professional users age 18 or older. We do not knowingly offer SignalQuarry to children.
We may update this Privacy Policy as our product, providers, or legal obligations change. We will post the updated policy and revise the "Last updated" date. We will provide additional notice when required by law.
Privacy questions and requests can be sent to [email protected].
